| (B) Causing less than 100% disability | The rate of assistance prescribed in A(1) and (2) above shall be reduced in appropriate proportion. The stages of payment shall remain the same. However, minimum rate of assistance shall be Rs.60,000/- for the non-earning and Rs.1,20,000/- for the earning member of the family. |

21 | Victim of Murder, Death, mass killing, rape, gang rape, permanent disability and loot. | Apart from the relief paid in respect of the above matters, arrangement should be made to pay the following relief within three months of the date of atrocity.
(1) Pension at the rate of Rs.4,500/- per month to the widow the deceased person and/or each of the dependents or provision of employment for one person of the family of the deceased or provision of agricultural land and a residential house by making immediate purchase if necessary.
(2) Meeting entire expense towards the education and subsistence of the children of the victim. The children may be enrolled in the Ashram shalas /Residential Schools.
(3) Provision of utensils, rice, wheat, gram, pulses etc. for a period of three months. |
22 | Completely destroyed/burnt houses | In case the houses have been completely gutted or destroyed, new pucca houses should be constructed or arrangements are made. |
