- Annual income limit is Rs. 1,20,000/- for rural area
- Annual income limit is Rs. 1,50,000/- for urban area
- Trainee should belonging to SEBC, Minority or Nomadic and De-notified Tribes.

- Stipend of Rs. 250/- p.m.
- Assistance of Rs. 6,000/- to purchase sewing machine
- Duration of sewing course 6 months
- Stipend of Rs. 350/- p.m. to the beneficiary of Notified, De-Notified Tribes
