- Sanctioning GPF Advance and its withdrawal
- Correspondence with Dist. Offices about replies of A.G. Audit Paras of Head Office and Dist. Offices and all correspondence with A.G. Office, Rajkot
- Conciliation of figures of expenditure of Head Office with POA, Gandhinagar
- Conciliation of figures of Departmental expenses with A.G. Office, Rajkot and Ahmedabad
- Conciliation of figures of loan recovery of the Deptt. with A.G. Office, Rajkot and Ahmedabad
- Submitting A.G. Office, Rajkot by verifying D.C. Bills of Abstruct Bills withdrawn by the Dist. Offices and issuing D.C. Bill clearance certificate at quarterly basis to the Dist. Officers
- Countersigning T.A. Bills of Class-II Dist. Officers
- To get Audit Certificate from A.G. Office, Rajkot for the amount spent from the grants received from the Govt. of India
