- Rs. 150/- per case for woman suffering from Anemia Disease for one time
- Rs. 500/- per case for Maternity Disease for one time
- Rs. 1000/- p.m. case for cancer upto the Disease is not cured
- Rs. 500/- p.m. case for T B upto the Disease is not cured
- Rs. 800/- p.m. case for Leprosy upto the Disease is not cured
- Rs. 500/- p.m. case for HIV AIDS upto the Disease is not cured
