In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Social Welfare Inspector Class III or Assistant Social Welfare Officer Class III (Conditions of Service relating to Pre-service Training and passing of Post-Training Examination) Rules, 2016.
