The Constitution of India, in its preamble, resolves to give all its citizens
social, economic and political justice and promote among them all fraternity
assuring the dignity of the individual and unity and integrity of the Nation. As
a part of this solemn resolve, the Government of Gujarat has converted Gujarat
Minority Board into Gujarat Minorities Finance & Development Corporation Ltd. on
date 24-09-1999 under the companies Act. with share capital of Rs. 10 crore. The
registered office of the Corporation is located at Block No.11, 2nd Floor, Dr.
Jivraj Mehta Bhavan, Gandhinagar. |
